Personal Training is the best way to get in shape and have fun learning the art of boxing. We have experience training beginners of all ages and amateur fighters alike. We have two programs available to accommodate everyone’s needs and budget. Our program includes:

 

    Teaching Technique -  Working the Heavy Bag - Speed Bag - Specialty Bags - Focus Mitts -  Plyometric exercises - Optional Sparring

 It’s also, possible to incorporate weightlifting to any boxing program.

30 Minutes Sessions: Warm up / Cool Down is not included. We recommend you follow our Pre-Workout / Post-Workout exercises before and after each session.
